One of the biggest issues while shopping has been the in store service - no body seems to bother about what the customer exactly wants - the "who cares" attitude many a times pushes the customer straight out without purchasing anything - the intent to buy turns does not get converted to a "buy" - before loyalty one should focus on service...one of the most neglected entities in the store is ....the customer...the purchase is mostly out of sheer demand and pure need - I dont think the store owners do anything at all - mosts stores are like a big inventory out for sale ...

It seems you have some very serious expereinces to come so hard on modern retailers. What is it which drives you to the modern retail stores, prices, convinience, proximity or any other factor!

I would like this to be a bridge between retailer and consumers. Specific inputs on your experience and expectations will be of great use to the retailers. You may chose a specific area of service on comment on such as store layout, merchandise, quality of staff, store environment, check out process and other in-store systems.
